Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your piece leaves the studio.
Each item is printed to order, so a little patience goes a long way — it’s worth the wait.
What’s your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email decor@the94thfloor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Wallpaper
How do I know which wallpaper type to order?
Choose Traditional if you’re after a permanent, matte-finish look that handles wear and cleaning well.
Choose Peel & Stick if you want something removable, renter-friendly, and easy to apply without paste or tools.
Can I order samples first?
Absolutely — you can order samples in both Traditional and Peel & Stick to see how they look in your space before committing.
Can I install wallpaper in humid areas?
Avoid direct contact with water (like in showers), but light moisture — think powder rooms — is fine with good ventilation.
How do I clean my wallpaper?
Use a soft, damp cloth. Skip harsh cleaners or abrasives to keep your wallpaper flawless.
Art Prints
Are the prints true to what I see online?
Colors are calibrated for accuracy, but lighting and monitor settings can shift tones slightly. The vibrancy in person? Even better.
Are the prints signed?
Yes — every design includes a digital artist signature for authenticity. Special collections may feature a hand-signed edition.
Do framed prints arrive ready to hang?
Yep. Unbox, hang, admire. That’s it.

Can I request a custom artwork or size?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces and adapting designs to fit unique spaces.

The studio operates out of Chicago, Illinois, with production partners across North America and Europe for faster, regional fulfillment.
How are the pieces made?
Everything is printed on demand using high-grade materials and water-based inks through a sustainable process designed to reduce waste.
