The client has the right to utilize and share the final deliverables for their personal use. However, the client does not possess the right to exploit the work for commercial gain or resale without explicit written consent from the Decorator, Emily Zinchuk. The ownership of the original artistic work and its intellectual property rights remain with Emily Zinchuk. This will be elaborated upon in the formal agreement signed before the project begins.

It's important to mention that in most cases, any deposit made is considered nonrefundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions can be considered based on the specific situation.
